Jump start 2017 with one of these 2 series!  For those looking to shape up and trim down join us for Pilates Fusion Bootcamp starting Monday, January 16 at 4:30pm. If your looking to start your yoga practice our Foundations Yoga for Beginners Series starting Sunday, January 15th at 4pm is for you! Pre-registration required for both series.
