Welcome March, spring, sunshine, and warmer days! The word spring has many meanings, but one of many reasons I love spring, is it's meaning for elasticity and resilience. Resilience is something to pride yourself of with every winter you make it through. Winter can have many warm and positive aspects, but can be very difficult and challenging for the psyche, thus testing our ability to be resilient, keep up good habits, and maintain a positive attitude. When spring finally comes around, it feels good to applaud myself for my resiliency of getting through another winter, as you should too! Not only does spring test how strong we are, but it also brings ideas of springtime, its many beautiful colors, smells, and opportunities that can rejuvenate us from a long winter!
