One on one, or duets (2 persons) private sessions. Includes exercises on the pilates reformer, a resistance machine which utilizes spring tension to perform several hundred different exercises working the entire body and is available for all fitness levels. With its wide variety of accessories and modifications, the Reformer can be used to receive great cardio exercise, resistance training as well as increase flexibility. Privates with the Pilates reformer will also benefit from other training utilizing the Pilates spring wall, chair, as well as Pilates mat exercises on the floor!
Offered once weekly as a group class, but is also available for privates (one-on-one). Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise system and martial art renown for its health benefits especially for improving balance, posture, strength and overall wellbeing. These classes teach the Yang Style Short Form. Exercises can be programmed to accommodate a wide variety of physical abilities, including seated routines.

Qigong is a relaxed and focused exercise practice that encourages the movement of "chi" or life energy for health benefits. The slow, gentle movements promote relaxation and comfortable muscle and joint health. It can be performed sitting or standing and adapted as needed for each individual participant.
